Steering Manager Europe - Digital Sales

At Allianz Partners, we are accelerating our digital growth ambitions across Europe. To support this journey, we are looking for aSteering Manager Europe to partner closely with the Head of Regional Digital Sales and play a pivotal role in turning strategy into execution.

This is a highly visible international position for a strategic and execution-oriented professional who thrives in complex matrix environments. You will act as the operational backbone of the regional digital sales organization, driving alignment across Operating Entities (OEs), coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of regional growth priorities.

What You Do

As Steering Manager Europe, you will ensure that regional growth initiatives are effectively translated into actionable plans, monitored rigorously,



and executed consistently across countries and Operating Entities.

Cross-Functional Coordination OE Alignment
- Serve as the central coordination point between regional leadership, Operating Entities, and local market teams.
- Foster collaboration across countries and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in execution.
- Navigate complex matrix organizations, influencing and gaining buy-in from stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Partner with Country E-commerce Managers to align local priorities, operational frameworks, and project milestones with regional objectives.Identify and resolve cross-functional challenges that may impact delivery and business performance.

Regional Steering Governance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor the progress of strategic regional initiatives.
