If your first instinct is to test an idea by making it real, this is your role. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the work end to end, not just a piece of it: Understand the problem, choose an approach, build the solution (AI-assisted coding, opening pull requests, working with internal tools), launch it, measure it, and iterate with as few handoffs as possible; - Build with AI every day: Use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging; Decide what's worth pursuing, and test it fast: When a dozen directions look plausible and there are more ideas than time, identify the opportunities that matter most and design the smallest meaningful experiment to test your assumptions; - Work embedded in a software engineeri
