Job Title: HR Manager (HRBP)

We're looking for an HR Manager (HRBP) to act as a strategic business partner, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. In this role, you will drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent initiatives within a dynamic industrial environment. Translate business strategy and objectives into effective HR action plans and people initiatives
Act as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to management teams on organisational, people and leadership matters
Support organisational design and lead change management initiatives
Lead workforce planning activities, defining staffing and resourcing needs
Ensure the successful deployment of key people processes, including Performance Management, Salary Reviews,



STI schemes and People Reviews
Maintain the accuracy and quality of HR information systems and people data
Lead payroll processes and oversee time and attendance management
You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management, quality and business functions, solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
Fluent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spoken
At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role within an industrial environment
Strong HR generalist experience, particularly in payroll management
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience partnering with senior managers and leadership teams
Effective alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives
Successful implementation of organisational and people-related transformation
