Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the financial management of Sapiens' operations in Spain, Portugal, and Colombia within a cross-country finance team. You will contribute to accounting, reporting, controls, and audits, while learning from experienced professionals in a global tech environment. The position focuses on developing finance skills and process improvements across the monthly close, vendor management, and asset accounting. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple countries to drive accurate financial management and compliance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support vendor management and Accounts Payable activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
• Manage fixed asset registrations and depreciation schedules
• Assist with monthly close processes, financial controls, and reporting activities
• Support external audits by preparing documentation and working with auditors




• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and controls
• Collaborate with colleagues across Finance and other business functions

Responsabilidades
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Around 1+ year of experience within a finance or accounting environment
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A collaborative team player with strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
