The Role

*As the* *Head of Enterprise Engineering Excellence, you will shape and lead the engineering foundations that power Nespresso’s global digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Head of IT, you will lead a large, high-performing organization spanning infrastructure, platform engineering, and engineering enablement.*

*You will be instrumental in accelerating Nespresso’s digital transformation—enabling teams to build, deploy, and scale products faster, more securely, and with greater impact. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will define engineering strategy, modernize ways of working,



and influence outcomes at enterprise scale.*

In This Role, You Will:
- Define and drive the enterprise-wide engineering excellence strategy, aligned with business and IT priorities
- Lead a integral organization of 200+ engineers, building high-performing teams and leadership capability
- Accelerate modernization through DevSecOps, cloud, automation, SRE, platform engineering, and AI
- Own and evolve engineering platforms (cloud foundations, CI/CD, developer tooling) to enable speed and scalability
- Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure and operations with strong governance and compliance
- Drive operational excellence (incident, problem, and change management; resilience and disaster recovery)
- - Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into tangible business outcomes
- Manage budgets, vendors, and cost optimization while maximizing value delivery
