We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex banking transformation initiatives using Finastra’s cutting-edge core banking solutions.

In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate with leading financial institutions, manage SaaS, cloud, and on-prem implementations, and drive success in dynamic,



multinational environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions
- Deliver complex banking transformation projects
- Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements
- Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors
- Manage data migration, integration, and deployment activities
- Monitor project performance and provide clear progress reporting
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance
- Support business development and contribute to proposals

Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT project and program management
- Strong background in managing core banking implementations
- Deep understanding of the financial services domain
- Demonstrated success operating in high‑pressure, multinational environments

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as Temenos
