Experteer Overview
In this role you will review, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements to support clinical studies. You will collaborate with the Clinical Operations team to ensure contracts align with study timelines and milestones. You help optimize contract processes and maintain accurate contract files and metrics. The position offers remote work from several European countries and contributes to reliable study execution and sponsor relationships. This is an impactful role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting and wants to shape contracting practices in a clinical research environment.

• Review, draft, and negotiate site contracts, master service agreements, confidentiality agreements, vendor and consulting agreements
• Collaborate with study teams and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues
• Ensure adherence to contracting standards and company policies




• Provide status updates on contract negotiations and execution to the study team
• Establish and report contract metrics; maintain contract files and archiving
• Design and implement policies to speed up contract execution; identify process improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 4-year degree (graduate/postgraduate acceptable)
• Experience in CRO/healthcare with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site CTAs, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations (≥5 years)
• Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail
• Knowledge of contracting plans and CTA/budget negotiations
• Ability to manage relationships with study teams/CRAs and meet timelines
