As Global Programme Manager, you enable the PMO to deliver large, complex programs across a global client account. You implement standardized governance, translate strategy into executable plans, and ensure disciplined delivery. You operate in a matrixed environment with senior stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and measurable outcomes. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams and the opportunity to shape program performance at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of program management or project delivery experience
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and dependencies in a matrixed environment; ability to influence without authority
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail
• Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
• Proven track record building trusted partnerships and delivering results
• Experience with program management tools (e.g., Asana)
