Overview In this Tender Manager role for the Iberian Zone Solution Center, you drive the tendering process from qualification to contract signing, coordinating cross-functional inputs to craft competitive techno-commercial offers. You will engage with customers, guide bid strategies, and ensure timely, compliant responses aligned with the sales plan. Responsabilidades Support Opportunity Leader in qualification, prescription, and RFQ drafting

Engage in customer-facing interactions and coordinate SMEs for bid inputs

Analyze RFQs and recommend BID/NO BID decisions at preliminary stages

Define bid execution strategy aligned with selling strategy and target price

Prepare risk analyses and mitigation plans with SMEs

Manage offer including technical, purchasing,



contractual, and cash flow aspects

Facilitate interfaces and compliance discussions, raise client questions

Lead contract negotiation in collaboration with Opportunity Pursuit Leader

Oversee tender performance via KPIs and margins, and conduct lessons learned

Contribute to quotation tooling improvements and participate in TM Community of Practice

Requisitos principales Master degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)

Strong technical background in Electrical Distribution Solutions and Control Systems

Minimum 2 years of bid/proposals experience

Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment and communicate clearly

Ability to influence stakeholders and lead under pressure

Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, E-Plan, Visio; ACAD, ETAP and E-Plan desirable

Fluent in English (C1) and Portuguese; Spanish desirable

Customer-facing skills and teamwork orientation

Ability to negotiate and ensure approvals within delegation

Willingness to learn, coach others, and share knowledge communication excellence team orientation results-driven
