Overview In this role you contribute to Human Factors testing across aircraft platforms within the Integration Test & Analysis scope at Getafe. You will prepare, support, execute, analyze and report Human Factor test activities for avionics and mission integration, aligning with program-specific V&V; plans. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and test centers, shaping how HF considerations influence integration outcomes.

This position offers varied testing contexts across simulators, labs, and flight/test campaigns, with a focus on delivering validated HF insights that support program milestones.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate and execute HF-focused tests across simulators, rigs, and flight/test contexts

Support development, certification, qualification and production activities per Test Program requirements

Define and optimize data reduction, monitoring and analysis means with Test Framework and instrumentation

Interface with Design Offices, Chief Engineering Office and Program Offices to provide HF input on architecture and design

Prepare flight test orders, telemetry monitoring, and safety oversight during test campaigns





Provide HF analysis and validation of aircraft limitations; write/assess Certification/Qualification documentation

Lead test planning reviews and challenge Test Requests for feasibility and timing

Support certification meetings and write Certification/Qualification Test Reports

Assist Flight Test Engineer in organizing external flight test campaigns

Offer process and tool improvement ideas to enhance HF testing methodologies

Requisitos principales 5+ years in Human Factor aspects within Integration Testing (Simulators/RIG/AC Level)

Knowledge of HF concepts (Workload, Situational Awareness, usability, HMI, errors management, fatigue, ergonomics)

Experience with HF Test Scales and Evaluation Methodologies (Bedford, NASA TLX, ISA)

HF Development and Certification Processes (COHDA, FAHDA, Local and General Evaluations)

Knowledge of Integration & Tests route map

Strong time management and milestone adherence

Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations

English and Spanish negotiation level; NATO SECRET would be valued

Open-mindedness to process and tool improvements

Strong coordination and cross-functional communication
