Overview The Compensation &

Benefits &

- Talent Operations Intern will support the day-to-day administration of Compensation &

Benefits processes, employee data management, reporting activities, and Talent Operations initiatives. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to Reward, HR Operations, People Analytics, and continuous process improvement while contributing to the efficient delivery of HR services.

Responsibilities

Compensation &

Benefits Administration

- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and eligibility updates.

- Maintain benefit-related databases and records.

- Assist with vendor coordination and resolution of employee benefit inquiries.

- Help monitor benefit utilization and participation metrics.

Talent Operations Support

- Assist with the administration of leaves of absence, part-time arrangements, and other employee status changes.

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

- Monitor and manage shared Talent mailboxes,



ensuring appropriate routing and follow-up of requests.

- Provide administrative support for recurring HR processes.

Data Management &

- Reporting

- Support the production of recurring HR dashboards and reports.

- Perform data validation and quality checks.

- Consolidate information from multiple sources for analysis and reporting purposes.

- Assist in identifying data inconsistencies and proposing corrective actions.

Documentation &

- Process Management

- Maintain process documentation, operating procedures, templates, and checklists.

- Organize and update internal repositories and shared documentation.

- Support audit preparation activities and evidence collection.

- Ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Project Support

- Assist with Compensation &

Benefits projects and annual HR cycles.

- Support salary review administration processes through data preparation and validation.

- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

- Support testing, documentation, and implementation of new tools and processes.

Learning Opportunities

- Cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Finance, Talent, and external providers.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Psychology,



Labor Relations, or a related field.

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

- Eagerness to learn and contribute ideas.

- B2 level of English or higher.

Preferred Skills

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.

- Interest in Compensation &
- Benefits, HR Operations, and People Analytics.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information

- Duration: 6 months, extendable for another 6 months.

- Paid internship.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00.

- Requirement: Ability to formalize an internship agreement with a university or business school.
