Overview In this role you drive the definition, development and delivery of LTA and MRTT simulators within the TASTS3 team. You will coordinate customers, internal groups and suppliers to meet contractual obligations, manage risks and KPIs, and prepare technical offers. You'll work in an international setting to ensure a high-quality final product and strong stakeholder alignment.

This position offers engagement with cross-functional teams, exposure to defense training systems, and opportunities to shape complex training solutions.

Responsabilidades

Define, develop and deliver LTA and MRTT simulators to customers

Liaise with Customer, Internal Organizations and Suppliers on contractual documents and data/software packages

Define and manage P&E;, Spares, DP and SWP; purchase and delivery

Ensure deliverables from all Stakeholders OTOCOQ; manage risks and opportunities; report KPIs

Prepare technical offers and associated costs for Program Representatives





Monitor activities to meet performance indicators and customer requirements

Facilitate liaison between Airbus areas, suppliers and end-customer

Produce outputs like requirements documents, cost calculations, plans, schedules, risk mitigation plans, KPI reports, and offers support

Sign technical documents, minutes, and acceptance documents for the product

Operate within an international framework

Work in cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requisitos principales University degree in Engineering, Aeronautics or equivalent

>5 years of experience in an aeronautical company

Experience in Training Aids design and development

Experience in Project Management

English negotiation level; experience in an international environment

Knowledge of Air Power programs, MRTT and LTA products
