Company Description

We are a law firm specializing in indirect investments in private markets and our mission is to partner with our clients and deliver seamless, efficient transactions. We take a fresh, client-centric approach to legal transactional support; our team is composed of lawyers and dedicated transaction closers and the role we take also includes tasks typically handled by internal counsel. In the last year, we have closed 100 transactions across GP-led transactions as well as single line and portfolio LP transactions representing a variety of dedicated secondaries funds, institutional asset managers and family offices.

Opportunity.

We are looking for a highly organised professional in Spain with experience in private funds KYC/AML, fund administration, paralegal work or private markets operations to join us as a Transaction Closer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a KYC/AML Analyst within private funds, Fund Administrator, Paralegal, Transaction Analyst or in a similar private markets role who enjoys managing complex processes, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and working in a fast-paced international environment.

About the Role

You will assist with a broad range of private funds matters, including:





- Supporting a broad range of private markets transactions and legal projects.
- Reviewing and preparing legal and transaction documentation.
- Coordinating transaction timelines and deliverables.
- Liaising with clients, fund managers, investors, administrators and external counsel.
- Supporting investor onboarding processes, including AML/KYC, tax documentation and subscription requirements.
- Reviewing fund documentation and assisting with legal and operational matters.

About You The adecuado candidate will have:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in private funds KYC/AML, fund administration, paralegal work, transaction support, private equity or other private markets operations.
- Candidates applying from a KYC/AML background should have experience working with private investment funds, fund managers and/or institutional investors.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
- Comfortable working remotely.
