Overview In this role you will lead Wallboxs global treasury function, defining funding and liquidity strategies and managing banking relationships to support growth and financial stability. You will oversee treasury operations across the group, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient cash management. You will drive treasury technology adoption and lead a high-performing team, partnering with finance and leadership to enable strategic financial planning.

Responsabilidades Define and implement funding and liquidity strategies for the company

Develop cash forecasting, budgeting, investment, and treasury operation procedures

Lead cash management strategies across the organization

Build and manage relationships with financial institutions and banking partners

Oversee bank accounts, credit lines, and trade finance operations





Drive review and settlement of treasury-related financial instruments

Ensure compliance with corporate treasury regulations and internal policies

Lead treasury technology implementation and process optimization

Collaborate with internal departments on treasury initiatives and strategic planning

Manage recruitment, retention, and development of treasury staff

Requisitos principales Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in treasury or financial management

Strong knowledge of financial management and investment strategies

Solid understanding of accounting principles, IFRS

Experience in strategic financial business partnering

Experience with treasury systems and financial tools

Experience with Kyriba Treasury Software and NetSuite is a strong plus

Experience managing data quality and traceability for regulatory reporting

Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong communication skills in international environments
