As a Full Stack Engineering Team Lead at Mitek, you will steer a hands-on, cross-functional engineering team to deliver reliable, production-grade software. You’ll translate product priorities into actionable plans, guide architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while maintaining code quality and security. You’ll work across front-end, back-end, cloud, and infrastructure to balance immediate delivery with long-term maintainability and scale. This role blends leadership with coding, offering impact on a globally deployed platform.

• Provide day-to-day technical direction and support delivery against priorities
• Contribute hands-on to design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Guide architecture and design across front-end, back-end, cloud, and infrastructure

Responsabilidades
• Significant professional software engineering experience with leadership or mentoring
• Strong back-end development experience; production Go experience highly desirable
• Strong JavaScript experience, especially React, and SPA frameworks
• Track record of delivering production-grade full stack applications
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and modern development practices
• Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, SQS, ECS, EC2, Lambda)
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Professional fluency in English
• Bachelor in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
