Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the Connected Care Data Driven portfolio within ABB Robotics, turning AI and data capabilities into scalable, profitable digital products. You will shape the offering for targeted market segments and steer the portfolio lifecycle, aligning with division strategies and growth targets. You’ll manage a integral team, drive AI adoption, and evaluate external partnerships to sustain customer value and new business models. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role at the forefront of ABB’s AI-driven robotics strategy.

• Own and execute the portfolio strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Connected Care Data Driven.

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in product management, digital platforms or AI-enabled products in industrial automation or robotics.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration; MBA strongly advantageous.
• Deep understanding of AI, Physical AI, data analytics and digital service business models with proven commercialization at scale.
• Experience leading global teams in complex matrix organizations and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience evaluating strategic partnerships, Mu0026A opportunities, or technology ecosystems with business case development.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
