Experteer Overview
In this On-Trade role, you drive growth by implementing commercial plans and activating our brands at the point of sale. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver customer programs and expand our Premium portfolio while protecting the Core business. You influence consumer choices through brand activation and strategies across On-Trade channels. This role offers the chance to shape market performance in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture with a strong focus on results.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Implement the country IAP-aligned commercial plan for On-Trade customers
• Negotiate at the Point of Sale to meet distribution and visibility targets
• Drive use of Picture of Success and activation approaches to influence purchase decisions




• Identify opportunities and guide strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance in On-Trade within your region

Responsabilidades
• Demonstrable track record in Commercial, field sales experience
• Affinity with On-Trade, Events and/or Promotions
• Strong ability to work independently and organize tasks
• Solid negotiation skills
• Good communication and active listening
• Team player
