In this role, you lead the Au0026amp;P COE across Europe, LAC, and Integral Functions, directing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting to drive value for Bacardi. You build and expand a global, standardized Au0026amp;P controllership function, partnering with senior stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions. You will manage talent, coach Primos, and push process improvements while contributing to Trans4mation initiatives. You shape global Au0026amp;P strategy and support cross-regional collaboration to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Lead a 4–10 person Primos team managing Advertising u0026 Promotion budgets across regions
• Provide strategic reporting and analytic support to the organization through the Au0026P COE
• Drive global expansion and standardization of Au0026P services across regions and functions
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders and enable cross-functional collaboration
• Participate in Trans4mation initiatives within Au0026P controllership
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting,



and forecasting for Au0026P across regions and Global Functions
• Create dynamic financial models to assess performance, risks, and support data-driven decisions
• Improve global process efficiency and drive end-to-end cost reduction while maintaining quality
• Mentor and develop Primos to progress on development plans
• Lead transformation projects to standardise processes and maximize value

Responsabilidades
• 5–7 years of finance experience, including Au0026P controllership experience
• Proven leadership and ability to develop and retain staff
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and identify strategic opportunities
• Strong problem-solving and process/quality analysis skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable presenting to Executive audiences
