Overview

Join Schneider Electric's European Logistics Transport team to help monitor and improve transportation performance across Europe. You will work with transport managers, carriers, warehouses, and customer care to support daily operations and analyze performance indicators. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement to raise service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades Monitor transportation performance and service levels across a defined European logistics perimeter

Analyze transport KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities

Support carrier performance reviews and operational follow-up

Investigate delivery issues and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions

Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization projects





Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Care, Procurement, and Quality teams

Contribute to reporting activities and operational performance reviews

Requisitos principales Masters degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering

Internship or first experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain

Knowledge of SAP, TMS/WMS, Tableau, or similar tools

Strong interest in transport and logistics operations

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with data and performance indicators

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English
