At CBRE Integral Workplace Solutions (GWS), we are looking for a Hard Services Manager to join our team and support the delivery of world-class technical and engineering services for a key client account.
As a Hard Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring the reliability of building systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering high-quality facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized engineering and technical services across the site.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building control systems.
Optimize equipment performance and identify energy efficiency opportunities.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
Support the testing, commissioning, and implementation of new equipment and systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technicians and junior team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure service excellence.
Apply technical expertise to resolve day-to-day operational challenges and ensure business continuity.
Requirements
High School Diploma, Technical Diploma, Vocational Qualification,



or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in building services, facilities management, engineering, or maintenance operations.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building management systems.
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
