Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the Au0026amp;P COE across Europe, LAC, and Global Functions, directing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting to drive value for Bacardi. You build and expand a integral, standardized Au0026amp;P controllership function, partnering with senior stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions. You will manage talent, coach Primos, and push process improvements while contributing to Trans4mation initiatives. You shape global Au0026amp;P strategy and support cross-regional collaboration to enhance performance and efficiency.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead a 4–10 person Primos team managing Advertising u0026 Promotion budgets across regions• Provide strategic reporting and analytic support to the organization through the Au0026P COE• Drive global expansion and standardization of Au0026P services across regions and functions• Develop partnerships with stakeholders and enable cross-functional collaboration• Participate in Trans4mation initiatives within Au0026P controllership• Oversee financial planning, budgeting,
