Experteer Overview As a Full Stack Engineering Team Lead at Mitek, you will steer a hands-on, cross-functional engineering team to deliver reliable, production-grade software. You’ll translate product priorities into actionable plans, guide architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while maintaining code quality and security. You’ll work across front-end, back-end, cloud, and infrastructure to balance immediate delivery with long-term maintainability and scale.
