Experteer Overview As Senior Project Manager you lead end-to-end delivery of solar and energy projects within the EMEA region, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality meet contractual commitments. You coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes while maximizing customer satisfaction. You own project performance, including financials, logistics, and risk mitigation, and advocate for customer needs across the organization. to ensure design, material availability, and on-site execution align with schedule.• Ensure HSE, quality standards, and regulatory compliance on-site; drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.• Provide technical guidance on Nextpower solutions and support customers and internal teams with product and project insights.• Drive change orders, claims, and variations with customers and suppliers while pursuing zero-value leakage.Responsabilidades• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in renewable energy, solar, or EPC environments• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and construction processes• Solid financial acumen: budgeting, margin tracking, cost control, cash flow• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools; PMP or equivalent is valued• Experience with PV technology and solar tracking systems is highly valued• Fluent English; willingness to travel ~20%Requisitos principales•
