Experteer Overview Area Sales Manager for Croda’s Home Care segment in Southern Europe drives commercial planning and sales execution. You’ll grow sales, margins, and market share while managing key customer relationships and development projects. This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into opportunities across Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy. You’ll work in a values-driven, collaborative environment shaping sustainable growth and customer-focused solutions.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Develop and manage the three-year sales plan and cost budgets in alignment with management• Increase sales and gross margin within the defined commercial strategy• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and nurture prospective customers• Contribute to one-year and three-year market strategy and communicate plans to relevant areas• Manage territory priorities, routes to market, forecasts, product requirements and complaints• Analyze threats, opportunities, trends,
