Experteer Overview In this role, you design and deliver AI-powered insights platforms and data pipelines that turn raw market data into actionable recommendations. You work with cross-functional teams across global regions to build production-grade AI-enabled applications and scalable data infrastructure. You’ll shape platform decisions, implement strong governance, and ensure reliable, cost-efficient operations in a fast-moving digital environment. This is an opportunity to impact decision-making at scale through end-to-end AI solutions.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines (Python, Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark) to ingest and serve market and business data using AWS services• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and RAG workflows, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration (LangChain/LangGraph)• Build and ship full stack applications (APIs, backend, frontend) using Python, React/Next.js and cloud-native services• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and applications to ensure reliability and cost efficiency• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into designs, user stories,



and working software• Contribute to platform architecture decisions (infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, containerization with Docker, CI/CD practices)• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and knowledge-sharingResponsabilidades• Strong proficiency in Python with production-grade applications or pipelines• Experience in one or more: full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering• Hands-on with cloud platforms, especially AWS; familiarity with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)• Exposure to LLMs and generative AI: model integration, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agent-based architectures• Familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js) and API design (REST, GraphQL)• Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT, and working with structured and unstructured data at scale• Solid fundamentals in software engineering: Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform• Good communication skills and ability to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to stay current with AI/ML trendsRequisitos principales•
