Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee the Iberia cluster's supply chain, demand planning and Su0026amp;OP processes to ensure reliable product availability. You will coordinate with QA, Regulatory, Commercial and other functions to resolve supply issues and support launches, audits and continuous improvements. The position involves leading cross-functional initiatives, implementing new systems, and maintaining compliant supply chain operations. Your impact spans from forecasting accuracy to cross-border distribution, contributing to Takeda’s patient-centric supply goals.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Manage Demand Forecast process for the cluster and drive Su0026OP, ensuring reliable product supply to customers and patients• Coordinate with Integral/Regional leaders to align supply and demand and support tender management• Lead cross-functional teams to implement new systems and process improvements across the supply chain• Ensure supply chain systems are available,
reliable and properly documented; support audit readiness with QA and Finance• Oversee launch execution for new products within the cluster and facilitate timely market supply• Interface with distribution partners and manage internal/external reporting to support compliant supply• Promote Takeda principles and ethics in decision-making and ensure PTRB alignment• Ensure regulatory/compliance considerations (GxP, distribution practices) are integrated in operations• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive effective actions across systems and processes• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals and metricsResponsabilidades• BA/BS or Master in Engineering, Business, Science, Finance or Marketing; Bachelor in Business or Supply Chain (minimum)• Knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules; strong data analytics and reporting skills• Good Distribution Practices knowledge and pharmaceutical distribution experience• Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong leadership and change management abilities• Ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams and manage complex projects• Experience with regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical supply chains (GxP) and pharmacovigilance liaison• Experience in launch management and tender processes• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret supply chain data and generate insightsRequisitos principales•
