Someone who enjoys helping customers, solving challenges, and being the key point that makes everything work.You will play a key role in ensuring:Efficient order managementExcellent customer experienceSmooth cross-department coordinationMain tasksProcess and validate customer orders in line with company policies, ensuring accuracy in system entry.Provide professional and timely communication with customers,



ensuring transparency and satisfaction.Verify pricing and commercial conditions.Coordinate logistics and manage export/import documentation.Track shipments and customs documentation, proactively resolving any delivery issues.Handle complaints, cancellations, and compliance-related matters.Support the sales team with administrative tasks and process improvements, including the management of small customer accounts.What we are looking forStudies relatd to International Trade, Logistics, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or LogisticsExperience in the handling and shipping of dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG, and IATA-DGR) is a plusFluent in English (mandatory)Experience with IT tools and ERP systemsWhat we offerFull-time permanent contractContinuous shift (7:00–3:00pm)Hybrid working model: one remote working day per weekRemote workLife insuranceAnnual gross salary between €27,000 and €32,000 (fixed salary plus bonus)
