Experteer Overview

In this role you design, deploy and operate multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure across AWS and Azure, enabling scalable and secure platform operations. You work closely with engineering teams to optimize application delivery in a modern cloud-native environment, leveraging Git Ops and infrastructure-as-code to automate and standardize deployments.

You will manage production clusters on EKS and AKS, implement observability, security, and reliability best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. This opportunity offers impact at scale in a cutting-edge Kubernetes ecosystem with a focus on automation and resilience.

- Design, implement and operate multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS and Azure (EKS and AKS)
- Configure and manage Git Ops workflows with ArgoCD for declarative delivery
- Develop and manage IaC using Terraform and Helm/Helmfile for deployments
- Ensure observability and reliability with Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch and related strategies
- Apply security best practices including RBAC, network policies, pod security, and secret management




- Maintain Kubernetes add-ons (Argo Workflows, Argo Rollouts, cert-manager, CSI drivers, autoscalers)
- Diagnose and resolve distributed systems issues across compute, networking and storage layers
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment models, scalability and resource utilization
- Document architectures, operational workflows and incident handling standards

Responsabilidades

- Strong experience with Kubernetes administration and operations
- Proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, especially EKS and AKS
- Hands-on experience with Git Ops (ArgoCD) and IaC (Terraform, Helm/Helmfile)
- Experience with observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch)
- Solid understanding of security practices (RBAC, network policies, secret management)
- Experience with Kubernetes add-ons and auto-scaling components
- Ability to diagnose distributed system issues and collaborate with engineering teams
