In this role you will lead global governance of Supply and Production Planning, driving SAP IBP and S/4HANA alignment across the enterprise. You will own the blueprint, ensure fit-to-standard design, and coordinate with IT and partners to realize the target operating model.

You will orchestrate cross-functional design, data readiness, and go-live readiness, enabling reliable demand signals and execution. This is a hands-on, change-oriented leadership role that shapes planning processes at scale and accelerates transformation.

- Own the end-to-end global Supply and Production Planning process within the S/4HANA-IBP landscape
- Define and govern the global blueprint, aligned to the Target Operating Model and planning principles
- Drive fit-to-standard design leveraging SAP IBP with minimal customization
- Author integral workflows and ensure alignment with S/4HANA execution
- Ensure data readiness and master data standardization across IBP and related systems
- Lead cross-functional design sessions and manage interfaces, data latency, and integration points
- Coordinate go-live readiness, change management, training, and cutover activities




- Lead UAT and validate end-to-end planning-to-execution handoffs in IBP and S/4HANA
- Coordinate post-go-live hypercare and capture learnings to refine processes

Responsabilidades

- Strong expertise in end-to-end Su0026OP planning from SAP perspective
- Hands-on IBP solution experience
- Ability to communicate and influence with management and end-users
- Stakeholder management across business, IT, and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication translating business needs to technical design
- People leadership and change management skills
- Experience in incident management/helpdesk and cross-functional project management
- Process mapping, documentation, and functional specification writing
- Crisis management capability and matrix leadership
- Ability to work remotely and monitor progress with an analytical mindset
