Required Experience and Qualifications:
· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Professional Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;, including at least 3 end-to-end implementations as a technical architect
· Qualifications: Up-to-date Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert.
Core Technologies:
· Strong knowledge of D365 FO, Life Cycle Services (LCS), and Azure DevOps, including source control, gated check-ins, and pipelines.
· Proficiency in X++, .NET development, C#, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Azure Services:
· PowerApps, LogicApps, Common Data Service, Azure Functions, Azure Blob and Table Storage, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
· Advanced knowledge of Azure Licensing and Azure cloud platform.
Integration Patterns:
· Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
· Experience with interfaces (SOAP, REST, oData, custom services) and Data Management Framework’s integration methods (BYOD, Recurring jobs, Data Migration).
Customization and Security:
· Extension approach to customization versus overlayering.
· Role-based security design and customization.
· Extensible data security.
Report Development:
· Report development and integration with Power BI (embedded and external).
Additional Skills:
· Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Data Lake.
· Experience with complex data migration strategies and tools.
· Experience with cloud-based architecture and deployment strategies.




· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
· Experience in creating D365 integration architectural design, solution designs, blueprinting, integration diagrams, and data flows.
Responsibilities:
· Participate in all project phases, leading technical workshops and providing design guidance in areas such as extensions/modifications, data conversion, environment provisioning, interfaces and application integration.
· Work with customers and end users to define technical requirements and ensure they align with established customer requirements and performance goals.
· Lead technical workshops and design sessions with Business SMEs, ensuring the technical direction is consistent with the client's long-term strategy.
· Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments of the applications used by the enterprise.
· Take overall technical responsibility for the technical aspects of the project environments until system handover, ensuring internal development guidelines are understood and applied by the development team.
· Ensure the technical quality of developments and supervise the work of developers, whether they are working onsite, onshore, or offshore.
· Define and ensure the quality of all customizations and developments performed by the development team, including the specification of required customizations, unit testing, and integration testing procedures.
· Establish and maintain working procedures and best practices to guarantee the quality and consistency of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
· Apply Agile methodologies and promote Agile best practices within the technical team.
