Overview

In this role you drive integral medical excellence and operational execution for the Derma franchise within Almirall GMA. You will align priorities, co-create medical strategies, and enable high-performing in-field and cross-country teams. You will lead digital transformation and ensure quality, compliance, and impact across markets. This is a strategic, hands-on position shaping medical outcomes and cross-functional collaboration at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Implement the GMA Medical Excellence strategy and operational framework with clear tactical plans
- Ensure Medical Excellence across teams to deliver global medical strategies
- Align goals for the Derma franchise across GMA for consistency and collaboration
- Enable co-creation and co-execution of medical strategies autonomously
- Strengthen Field Medical (MSL) Excellence through a high-performing, compliant model
- Lead capability-building and upskilling initiatives for MSLs and track performance metrics
- Drive digital transformation in medical affairs with defined strategies and tactical plans
- Ensure flawless medical execution across countries with quality and efficiency




- Manage deliverables within budget and compliant with quality processes and external requirements
- Identify and share best practices to ensure process consistency and cross-country alignment
- Define and track meaningful metrics for decision-making and reporting
- Optimize adoption of medical CRM tools and dashboards
- Provide strategic and operational support for internal events and congresses
- Continuously optimize GMA procedures and ways of working through training
- Develop and strengthen the GMA community and collaborate across functions and countries

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or in a life sciences discipline
- 5+ years in Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence, or MSL management
- Prior management experience preferred
- International/culturally diverse experience preferred

- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills
- Deep knowledge in Medical Excellence & Operations
- Ability to lead and coach scientific/medical colleagues
- Experience with MSL models, KPIs and compliance
