In this field-based role, you enable customers to get reliable performance from Beckman Coulter systems. You will perform demonstrations, installations and essential training, while solving clinical application questions. You collaborate with regional teams to protect and grow the installed base and ensure instruments are used effectively. You drive process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and business value, leveraging Danaher’s continuous-improvement culture. Responsabilidades

- Conduct product demonstrations and instrument installations
- Provide technical application support to Sales Representatives
- Deliver customer training and assist with troubleshooting




- Collaborate with regional teams to protect, maintain, and grow the installed base
- Communicate technical/clinical information for effective instrument use
- Drive continuous improvement of activities and processes and monitor customer satisfaction

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Biomedical
- 1+ years of clinical Microbiology laboratory experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 60% within territory, including overnight stays
