Overview

In this role you own the go-to-market tech stack for Deel’s Brain GTM, shaping internal tools used by SDRs, AEs, and GTM partners. You’ll combine product thinking with operational know-how to design and ship end-to-end solutions that improve pipeline velocity and productivity. You work closely with cross-functional partners to build MVPs, iterate on workflows, and embed AI-enabled capabilities into GTM processes. This is a founder-like leadership opportunity to drive the internal growth engine for a hyper-growth SaaS company.

Responsabilidades

- Own product strategy and end-to-end roadmap for internal GTM tools, articulating problems and expected impact across feasibility, desirability, viability, and operational outcomes
- Define OKRs and monitor KPIs (pipeline velocity, AE productivity, conversion rate) using dashboards and analytics
- Design products and SOPs that fit Deel's GTM operating system and workflow, interfacing with Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders
- Deliver scalable solutions from scoping to launch with minimal handoffs, balancing speed and sustainability
- Prototype and iterate with hands-on development,



validating concepts with data tools before engineering handoff
- Engage closely with internal users (SDRs, AEs, PMMs) to translate field signals into prioritized requirements and maintain execution pace
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Product Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to secure buy-in and coherence across PMs and stakeholders
- Post-launch analysis to measure impact against defined problems and pursue continuous improvement opportunities
- Incorporate AI fluency into product workflows, understanding how AI shifts user behavior and product design

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 5–7 years of product management experience in fast-paced environments (startup/scaleup or early-stage)
- Proven track record owning problems end-to-end from discovery through launch
- Experience building products for internal users and high-volume business workflows
- Autonomy and strong ownership to drive problems to solutions with limited direction
- Exposure to AI-enabled product workflows and understanding of AI’s impact on products (preferred)
- GTM domain knowledge in B2B sales or sales operations is a plus
- Understanding of UX/UI balance with process and operational impact
