As a Sales Representative you drive growth for Brown-Forman’s super premium spirits in the on-trade, focusing on elite bars, restaurants, and clubs. You execute brand-building activities, educate customers, and secure distribution and visibility at prestigious accounts. You work autonomously to cultivate strong POS relationships, manage stock, and report insights through CRM. This role centers on delivering premium brand experiences and tangible sales impact in a dynamic hospitality market.
Responsabilidades
Drive sales and distribution goals through brand-building activities for On Trade clients
Negotiate trade agreements covering volume, portfolio, visibility, and promotions
Conduct regular client visits per the agreed plan with the Area Manager
Build and maintain relationships with points of sale at all levels (owner, bartender, buyer)




Report field activities via BF processes and CRM
Maintain optimal stock levels at customer sites
Gather and share competitive and market insights with Area Managers
Lead brand training programs for core customers
Manage POS materials and coordination with wholesalers
Requisitos principales
Sales experience in alcoholic beverages, luxury, or consumer goods, especially HORECA or premium accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills xqbhyrx
Deep knowledge of the Northeast Area market (Girona, Barcelona & Border) and on-trade network
Ability to work autonomously and be results-oriented
Passion for spirits brands with a luxury/detail orientation
High level of Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Catalunya
