As a Systems Product Engineer at DOGA, you will develop technical solutions for windshield wiper systems, integrating products across DOGA’s families and designing new ones to meet market needs. You’ll work within the Product Engineering team to balance quality, cost and timing, driving robust design and industrialisation. Your work will shape product performance, reliability, and manufacturability at a global scale. This role offers a hands-on, cross-functional environment with meaningful impact on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades
Develop technical design proposals for windshield wiper systems, selecting components and materials based on quality, cost, timing and functionality
Design and analyze prototypes, validate specifications and support sample approvals




Transfer specifications to suppliers and manufacturing plants, adapting designs to optimise production
Participate in design FMEAs and coordinate with departments to minimise risks and ensure industrialisation
Manage and update customer drawings, specifications and technical documentation
Identify design and process improvements to enhance quality, cost and performance
Provide technical support for product-related issues with internal teams and customers
Support testing and validation activities, analyse deviations and resolve design issues
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives xqbhyrx related to product performance, quality and cost
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field
2–4 years of experience in the industrial sector or in a similar product engineering role
Advanced Spanish and English
Knowledge of FMEA and customer requirement analysis
Knowledge of PTC Creo or similar CAD tools
Knowledge of FEA
Knowledge of APQP
