As a Customer Success professional at Unit4, you translate customer insights into actions that improve outcomes and maximize the value of the Unit4 investment. You drive adoption and guide customers toward strategic objectives, while supporting retention and expansion opportunities through cross-functional collaboration. You conduct executive-level conversations to align goals and ensure value realization across Product, R&D;, Support, and Sales. This role blends advocacy with measurable impact in a cloud ERP environment.

Responsabilidades
Be the voice of the customer and translate insights into actions to improve outcomes
Drive value realization and maximize Unit4 investment value
Increase product adoption through guidance and value-added engagements
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales through qualified leads
Act as primary contact in Customer Success, managing risk and supporting retention




Develop and maintain success plans aligned with customer objectives and milestones
Lead executive business reviews with C-level stakeholders
Communicate customer goals and value drivers across internal teams (Product, R&D;, Support, Sales)
Requisitos principales
passion for building strong customer relationships to drive recurring revenue retention and expansion
understand customers strategic goals and translate them into actionable success plans
adaptable, curious, accountable, and collaborative across diverse stakeholders
fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
retention and churn xqbhyrx management responsibilities in the region
drive adoption and utilization of the Success4U program
clear communicator with empathy and enthusiasm
ability to lead through influence and trust
experience in a customer-facing role focused on cloud software value delivery
technically literate with familiarity of customer engagement technologies
ERP, HCM and/or financial planning software experience is a plus
availability to travel up to 20%
