As Engineering Manager at Preply, you will lead and grow high-performing engineering teams focused on learner journeys and monetization. You’ll align engineering strategy with product and business goals, delivering impact at scale across a diverse, global learner base. You’ll partner with Product, Design, and Data to drive value through architectural decisions and execution excellence. Lead and grow engineering teams with a culture of ownership and technical excellence

3-5+ years leading and scaling development teams
