Join Accenture to lead the total reinvention of clients through data and technology. You will define and deploy data and AI strategies, govern data and drive value-generating analytics. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder workshops, and guide change management in a hybrid Madrid/Barcelona setting. Responsabilidades
Collaborate with clients to define and deploy data & AI strategies
Conduct data maturity assessments and identify improvement opportunities
Define and deploy data governance frameworks and operating models
Develop and implement policies for data management
Support clients in leveraging analytics and AI for business value
Identify data & AI use cases with P&L; impact and assess feasibility
Work with cross-functional teams to deploy data governance and AI solutions




Deliver insights via data visualization and storytelling to inform decisions
Manage stakeholders and run workshops for alignment on data initiatives
Define and execute change management and data culture initiatives
Prepare presentations and dossiers for top IT, Data and business audiences
Requisitos principales
Strong knowledge of data strategy, governance, and data management with at least 7 years of experience
Experience enabling business value from data & AI
Familiarity with DAMA, IDG or other data governance frameworks
Experience with data governance tools: Informatica, Collibra, Talend
Experience using analytics tools (SQL, Python, xqbhyrx R), visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Knowledge of Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Open Data (plus)
Experience in data modeling, mining, or architecture design (plus)
Project management experience (scoping, timelines, deliverables)
Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing teams and commercial activities
Fluent in Spanish and English; MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge
Data governance certifications are a plus
