You will co-drive the Core Banking segment strategy and ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives with cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with product and leadership to refine strategy and present business cases to the ELT. Expect to perform data-driven analyses, develop KPI dashboards, and optimize P&L; with SQL insights. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership in a fast-growing fintech. You’ll help shape a digitally-driven banking platform at a diverse, forward-thinking company.

Responsabilidades
Co-drive the creation and refinement of segment strategies to enable informed decisions
Create and present business cases to assess initiatives and experiments for the ELT
Conduct exploratory analyses including SQL deep-dives and budget building to optimize P&L;




Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation across the segment
Lead KPI reviews with cross-functional teams to monitor progress against goals
Serve as a central stakeholder for Product, Tech, Data, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
Lead the Core Banking business segment
Requisitos principales
Minimum of 5 years in fintech, banking, consulting, or startup environments
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field
Proven experience making data-driven recommendations and driving strategic xqbhyrx outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
Strong problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw innovative conclusions
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently source data and derive insights
Effective visualization and storytelling skills for presenting insights
Interest and curiosity for the banking/fintech industry
Fluent in English
