Задачи:

- Own the full recruitment pipeline from kickoff to signed offer
- Calibrate with hiring managers to define role requirements before sourcing
- Map the market and source candidates directly through LinkedIn, outreach, referrals, and other effective channels
- Screen and interview candidates and provide hiring managers with clear recommendations
- Drive offer negotiations through signing
- Keep the ATS and candidate pipeline accurate and current
- Track recruiting metrics, including pipeline generated, time to fill, and offer acceptance rate per role
- Act as the main candidate contact throughout the process and protect THEKER's market reputation
- Flag underperforming roles or briefs and work with hiring managers to improve them.

Требования:
- Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, owning sourcing, calibration, screening, interviews, offers, and closing end to end
- Proven record of closing candidates, not just moving them through a pipeline




- Comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly without dedicated pipeline support
- Experience calibrating with hiring managers and challenging briefs that do not match the market
- Comfortable working with KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
- Nice to have: Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or industrial roles, agency background or experience in a hyper-growth start-up, familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools, a third language beyond English and Spanish. xqbhyrx
