Grupo CRIT is recruiting a Project Manager with Engineering background for a leading global company in the automotive technology sector, with a major presence in Jaén.
We are looking for a Product Technical Leader/Project Manager to lead and coordinate the technical development of R&D; projects, ensuring the timely delivery of robust and standardized solutions within budget.
The role acts as a strategic technical interface between multidisciplinary teams and customers, driving technical excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring successful project execution.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical activities developed by R&D; collaborators from several areas, such electronics, design, simulations, system design, optics or prototypes. Assign the work packages according to the project budget.
- Responsible for the technical development of the product.
- Project planning tracking to ensure that all project deadlines are met.
- Technical interface between Valeo and customer for technical subjects,
break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs.
- Integration and participation on a multidisciplinary team to achieve the project targets.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering .
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage a functional organization.
- Practical knowledge of the electronic product development process.
- Successful experience in P0/P1 project development (2–3 years).
- Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing).
