You ensure impeccable visual merchandising and maintain a flawless store environment.
You manage operations efficiently (stock, deliveries, scheduling, reporting) to support business performance.
3) Lead, develop & inspire your team
You motivate and energize your team from the start of the day.
You recruit, train, and develop your team’s skills.
You build a strong, engaged team culture through transparency,



collaboration, and a shared ambition to succeed.
Your Profile :
You bring at least 3 years of successful experience in retail management.
Attentive and approachable, you stay connected to your environment and naturally inspire your team through your leadership.
You have strong business acumen and a true passion for customer experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Catalan is a strong advantage.
