Overview
In this role you manage a portfolio of long tail accounts in the Benelux and Nordics, driving retention and growth. You build deep engagement with decision makers and help clients maximise Perk usage, while identifying new opportunities and delivering value through data-driven reviews. You collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations and timely problem-solving. Responsabilidades
- Own and manage a portfolio of long tail accounts in Benelux and Nordics
- Develop strong engagement with key decision makers to influence travel programmes
- Understand each customer's business to maximise Perk usage
- Identify growth opportunities and expand the portfolio with new business




- Be expert in Perk product portfolio to meet/exceed up-selling and cross-selling targets
- Leverage data analytics to deliver regular business reviews and stakeholder presentations
- Identify common account issues and develop timely, long-term solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations during roll-outs
- Prioritise time to maximise impact in key business areas

Requisitos principales
- Native Dutch speaker and fluent English (spoken and written)
- Relevant account management or customer success experience
- Background in SaaS or travel-tech preferred
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills with ability to build deep relationships
- Strong prioritisation and time management
- Results-driven mindset with customer satisfaction as priority
