Overview
In this role you support international sales and marketing operations from Castellón, collaborating with an international team and reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing. You will handle administrative tasks with a strong customer focus, manage deadlines and multi-task across priorities, and ensure accurate processes. You will work autonomously or with others, building relationships with diverse stakeholders while leveraging ERP tools. The position offers a stable contract, with a transparent salary range tied to experience and skills.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Stable contract
- Salary 30,000-40,000 gross/year based on experience
- Working hours 8:00–12:30 and 14:30–18:30

Responsabilidades
- Support international sales and marketing activities and coordinate cross-functional tasks
- Handle import/export administration within the resources industry with emphasis on mineral commodities
- Manage data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to processes




- Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize Excel, Word and online systems to record, track, and report information
- Collaborate with an international team and contribute to process improvement

Requisitos principales
- english at professional (C2) level
- working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system
- experience in administrative roles
- strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, online systems)
- ability to work autonomously or in a team
