As QA Analyst on the Monopoly Go team in Barcelona, you drive quality across our pod’s releases, partnering with cross‑functional teams to prevent defects and enhance user experience. You design test plans, create and maintain test suites, and lead hands‑on testing and playtests, while enabling AI‑driven QA and onboarding external resources. You monitor app health metrics and uphold QA governance throughout the lifecycle, contributing to scalable, high‑quality live game experiences.

• Develop and execute test plans with scope, estimates, and requirements for testing from concept to release
• Create, maintain and run test suites and cases tailored to the pod
• Support and adopt AI‑driven QA initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage
• Maintain a clean, prioritized bug database aligned with the pod
• Lead onboarding of external embedded QA resources and coordinate with internal teams
• Conduct hands‑on testing and ensure accountability across development stages




• Raise pre‑production quality concerns by reviewing briefs and design docs (shift left)
• Facilitate pod‑specific playtests and track issues for timely follow‑up
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Live u0026 Release teams to investigate live issues and root causes
• Adhere to QA governance, participate in POD and QA ceremonies, and align with project strategies
• Collaborate with developers to understand scope changes and assess cross‑functional impacts
• Monitor app health metrics (ANRs, crashes) post‑release and mitigate issues
• Promote Scopely’s core tenets through actions, communication and leadership
