Overview
In this role you will be the first point of contact for Amadeus customers in the travel agency segment, delivering first-level support across phone, chat, and portal channels. You help resolve queries related to the Amadeus GDS and related products, applying pragmatic workarounds to minimize disruption while maintaining clear communication. You collaborate with teammates and escalate impactful issues to protect service quality. This is an international, cross-functional role that combines product knowledge with customer-centric support and problem solving.

Responsabilidades
- Serve as first contact for Amadeus customers (travel agencies) via phone, email, the Amadeus Portal, and remote tools
- Understand customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions, using workarounds when needed
- Maintain proactive, clear communication throughout resolution
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience




- Escalate issues that affect customer satisfaction or service quality and inform management

Requisitos principales
- Hands-on experience with at least one Integral Distribution System (GDS), preferably Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Strong knowledge of reservations, fares, ticketing, and travel-related workflows
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional proficiency in French and Italian
- Team player with collaborative mindset and ability to work in multicultural environments
- Self-motivated with proactive approach to challenges and change
