We're looking for an experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to own the success, performance, and growth of our client accounts while leading recruiter delivery across multiple hiring projects.

This role sits at the intersection of client management, delivery operations, and team leadership.

You’ll work closely with clients, recruiters, sales, and leadership to ensure hiring projects move forward efficiently, expectations are managed, and outcomes are delivered.

This is not a traditional customer support role. We’re looking for someone who can challenge stakeholders, drive accountability, and make tough decisions when needed.

What you’ll be responsible for

Own strategic client relationships and hiring project success

Lead onboarding, delivery planning, and stakeholder management

Manage recruiter performance, accountability, and project execution

Monitor hiring pipelines, identify risks, and drive corrective actions

Handle escalations and challenging conversations with confidence

Support client retention, expansion, and revenue growth

Implement AI-driven workflows,



reporting, and operational improvements

Build scalable processes that improve delivery quality and client outcomes

What we’re looking for

7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, RPO, Customer Success, Account Management, or Delivery Management

Experience managing large-scale hiring projects across multiple stakeholders

Proven experience leading recruiter teams or talent acquisition teams

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers

Comfortable handling challenging conversations and performance issues

Highly organised with strong project management capabilities

Data-driven mindset with experience using reporting and analytics to make decisions

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Strong communication skills in English
