We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to set creative direction and priorities that move paid channels revenue, profit and CPA in the right direction.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:




- Own traffic source growth and set long-term and tactical creative plan and priorities
- Guard creative health — keep channels, structures, angles, and testing frameworks healthy and on target
- Develop creative concepts that can win across placements and platforms
- Reduce risk and spot issues early, take action, and recover quickly from campaign drops
- See the market, competition and trends and turn gaps into immediate opportunities
- Work daily with the Creative Lead and Media Buyers to plan, test, and scale
- Mentor and guide performance creatives, editors, and designers

- Creative architect whose direction and testing strategy drives product performance across channels
- Strong direct response mastery and understand conversion psychology and funnel mechanics
- Can build clear storylines using proven structures and winning elements that shape user response
