Professional Senior Scheduler / Project Planner will provide oversight of establishing the initial project baseline through completion, acting as the owner's representative.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Facilitating the development of a detailed project schedule along with project team and contractor input.
- Developing and improving the status collection process to ensure quality progress reporting.
- Analysing project schedules, including comparing cost/resource curves to actuals, tracking float consumption, and change order impact analysis to ensure the contractor is compliant with scheduling specifications.
- Validating schedule updates along with a narrative for submission to the project team and stakeholders.
- Identifying and mitigating threats to the project’s schedule goals and initiating corrective actions through field staff as necessary.
- Interfacing with site management regarding critical schedule activities, changes, impacts to schedule, change orders, project progress,
and claims analysis.
- Providing final reviews of schedules for estimating as requested.
- Facilitating the team in revising logic for schedule compression, forensic analysis to identify cause and effect of delay and reporting.
- Analysing resource loading and adjusting the schedule or initiating corrective action as appropriate.
- Providing information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project work with master scheduling to assess impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages, as well as to show the hierarchy of plans and schedules, and keep the project team fully informed.
