We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist for Hill´s Iberia organization, based in Madrid and responsible for:
- Leading all efficiency projects related to process improvements, either with our customers or internally: EDI, SAP upgrade, SAP enhancement, logistic efficiencies, web ordering enhancements, e-com.
- Leading the Customer Engagement role from a logistics perspective,



establish and maintain fruitful relationships and working closely with our biggest customers and other departments within Hill’s.
- Leading and monitor our customer service team, to assure best in class service, and focus on continuous improvements in order to automate order creation and other CS processes.

Key funtions:
Support all projects related to SAP enhancement & continuous improvement
- Support the development of efficiency solutions initiated by the Region or the Central team :
- Represent Hill’s Iberia in all instances ie conf calls and meetings
- Perform the necessary testing and reporting
- Develop SOP and train the Order to Invoice team to the new tools

Support Customer Engagement developing the use of new technologies
- Initiate and manage EDI & efficiency projects with Global teams
- Organize calls with Spanish customers and define together with them their needs and how Hi
